I was planning to take my daughter to Europe for a couple weeks. We wanted to take the trains because cost of car rentals is through the roof since COVID. Twenty years ago I had planned our honeymoon to Europe myself, but with trains involved and other complications, this was just too much for me to handle. Our agent created the custom tour we wanted within the limitations of time (we had to skip Luxembourg for instance; it was just to far out of the way by train), and made all the arrangements except our flights and some of our train trips, which I could make myself.
